The Welland Valley Cycling Club (WVCC) have a Youth Development Fund which sponsors selected young riders by helping to fund their coaching and sportive entrance fees. Bill was a passionate supporter of youth development in cycling and was a regular donor to this fund. We are requesting donations to this fund instead of flowers. All money raised through this page will be paid to the fund via the WVCC.
