Thanks for taking the time to visit this page.
We are raising money in memory of Bill Scriven. Born, raised and forever part of Alveley, we have been given permission by the parish council to renovate and transform the original bench by the bus stop at the top of Daddlebrook Road.
This it’s opposite Stone row where dad was born and also the Three Horse Shoes where Dad and Mum spent many happy years as the licensees.
We would like to replace the wood, restore the metal work and add a memorial plaque. We would also like to tidy the area up and potentially plant a rose too.
It would be lovely to have a place for Bill to be remembered in the heart of the village.
Any excess funds will be donated to the St Marys Church, Alveley.
If you have any questions please contact Will or Lorraine.
There will of course be an opportunity to donate at the funeral, otherwise this can be done through just giving but some of the money will be lost to the fees involved.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, I will withdraw funds directly.
Thanks for taking the time to visit and any donations would be gratefully received.
