I've raised £350 to Billy & Dana's Wedding Fund For Charity

Our names are Billy and Dana. We are getting married on the 16th December 2017. We have set this page up, as usually wedding presents are stuff to help the newly weds in their new day to day life. But we have lived together for almost 7 years now and we have everything covered for what we need.
So in replace of ourselves getting gifts for our wedding, we would like to raise at least £350 for a charity of our choice, which is Hugs Not Drugs.
What do Hugs Not Drugs do?
Hugs Not Drugs is a charity incorporated organisation set up to help drug addicted babies who have been subject to substance misuse in the womb. HNG aims to help babies on their road to recovery by providing warm, soft clothing and blankets, plus other comforting items. These items must be chosen with great caution as the material make up is extremely important. Babies subject to substance misuse are extra sensitive to their surroundings, especially the clothing on their skin. Studies in America have also shown that babies who are held, or hugged, can have a speedier recovery. Human contact, affection and a calming environment can have a highly positive impact on their recovery. In many cases, the mother is not in a position to provide these things for her baby, as she is coping with her own recovery, so HND will provide carefully selected, fully CRB checked volunteers to relieve the strain from paid hospital workers.
The reason we have chosen this charity, is a very close friend has set it up to aid mothers and babies who are suffering or have suffered from substance misuse.
