Billy my beautiful grandson was diagnosed with a rare cancerous brain tumour in 2018 when he was just 13 months old. Billy underwent surgery and also endured months of chemotherapy. In March this year Billy's treatment ended and during lockdown (July) Billy officially rang the bell. as a family this was the most amazing day and Billy over the last few weeks has gone strength to strengh. Today Billy had his check up and his MRI has revealed that Billys tumour has returned. Billy now faces another intensive brain surgery and will now need proton therapy. This will either be in the UK , Germany or Florida. This is not a free treatment outside the Uk therefore we are raising money for the treatment billy may need. Should Billy qualify for treatment in the uk all money will be donated to the childrens cancer ward at Newcastle RVI. Billys surgery will be this week and treatment will be needed quickly and that is why we are rasing money in advance.
