2024 will be the 6th biennial Birmingham Improv Festival, running in October at Midlands Arts Centre . Unfortunately the money-starved Arts Council of England, who have supported the last 3 Festivals, is unable to fund the 2024 Festival. Undaunted, we at Birmingham Improv C.I.C . (Community Interest Company) are determined to persevere. We have calculated that if we draw on whatever reserves we have, and beg steal or borrow whatever we can, we can still make it happen. However, we want to do better than that. We wish to hire the finest internationlly recognised teachers and performers we can, to produce our best festival yet. We have set a target of £5,000, and all donations will all go towards helping us acheive that aim.
