Story
I (Rosie) suffered a severe birth tear in 2015. Due to the huge lack of support during my days of healing, I decided to start a free support group on Facebook in early 2016.
In early 2017, our group reached 400 members so I decided to research, design and write a website dedicated in providing free information to help support other birth tear sufferers around the world. The website get at least 200 new visitors every month and our Facebook group is now at 930 members.
It costs £120 per year to keep the website live. Please help me to keep it alive!
It is purely non-profit.

Thank you for supporting those that have experienced (what can be life altering) perineal lacerations. As a Obstetric Violence survivor, I suffered a 3B tear and really appreciated this support.
