Story

Following personal and international awareness of the struggles black individuals face daily, arising from the death of George Floyd on 25 May 2020, continuation of the Black Lives Matter movement is key.

Tesko Verde & Jamaal O'Driscoll hold a passion and respect to what the Popping & Breakin scene has provided them throughout their lives, building a friendship and in-depth discussion of their journey. With a keen drive to share their knowledge, the recent Black Lives Matter movement has provoked their response to deliver a workshop which combines black history and dance, in one.

The donations received from participating and supporting this workshop, will help programmes built to continue the important awareness and reinforcement of positive empowerment and change. We commit to evidencing how your donation has made a difference.
