Story
This time of year is freezing cold in Nepal - and this year is colder than usual.
At Aishworya we're finding it hard to keep the children warm at night. We've got one of those cheap room heaters for the day time, but we're terrified of using it at night - heaters like that are notoriously dangerous.
Instead, we'd like to buy a set of thick, sirak blankets to keep the children warm.
It's a long-term investment: they are made for Nepali winters and will last for years. And if we ever have another earthquake and wind up sleeping outside again, they will be perfect!
We have 50 children here, but some of the little ones share a bed, so we think 30 will be enough.
The blankets cost £16 each, so we're asking if you can donate us the cost of one blanket to keep our children warm over winter.
Thanks so much, from the Aishworya family.
