Story
We are a group of 16/17 year olds from Liverpool, participating in the National Citizen Service program. We have taken on the challenge of raising money for two special charities - Daisy UK and Zoe's Place - and we need your help.
Daisy UK, founded by an inspirational blind man that we had the pleasure of meeting, is a non-profit making organisation that provides people who suffer from disabilities with brilliant social opportunities they would not find elsewhere. Zoe's Place is a children's hospice that deals with the unfortunate youngsters whose lives are limited by cruel diseases. They give the children a better standard of life and help the parents get through such a difficult time. As I am sure you would agree, these are charities deserving of our support.
What we want you to do is take a selfie blindfolded, in honour of Dave Kelly, founder of Daisy UK, post in on social media and nominate three of your friends to do the same. Then we request you make a small donation, of about £2, to this page.
Your money can help us change the lives of some people very deserving of our support. A small donation could go a long way.
