For many years, community spirit in Waltham Forest has been reducing. We'd love to change that and bring all the community together!
How can you help? We'd like the communities help to allow us to put on an affordable event, combining halloween celebrations with bonfire night - along with lots of different local food, drinks, creative stalls and amusement rides.
