I've raised £750 to help BlueMoonTC get to the Edinburgh Fringe

Comprised of a small group of Warwick University students, BlueMoonTC is a new up and coming theatre company that aims to entertain the masses.
With their first production of 'Love on Blue Canvas, 1890' being a huge success, with a sellout performance run, they now aim to take it a step further and perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Written by Chlöe Standen and Tara Morgan, LOBC1890 aims to explore how perceptions of homosexuality have changed since the 19th century, with the first performance being performed in 2017 - the 50 year anniversary of the decriminalisation of homosexuality in England and Wales. The play also deals with other issues such as alcoholism and depression, an ever-increasing epidemic in today's society.
We hope to take a troupe of 6 actors along with crew to the Fringe. To do this we need your support to get us there - and even if it's the change you find down the back of your sofa or in your pocket, any donation will be much appreciated.
We hope to see as many people as possible in Edinburgh!
Dates: 20 - 25th August
Time: 19:05 - 20:00
Venue: theSpace on North Bridge (V36) Perth Theatre
SYNOPSIS:
Taking place in both the 19th and the 21st century, the play explores the story of a painting by an unknown artist. The painting itself is the engagement portrait of Alfred Amberley and his fiancée Jemima, which has ended up in a gallery in the present day. In the 19th century scenes, the story, and the artist behind the portrait, are revealed to show how a narrative can be changed over time and how the accepted version of history is not always the right one.
