What is crowdfunding?
Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered nonprofit.
The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.
Story
At pretty much every round of the British Minibike Championship 'BMB Photos' rocks up, spends all his weekend taking pictures of a bunch of children (actual children, and children disguised as fully-grown adults) hooning round karting circuits on small motorbikes, then uploads them all to his Facebook page and makes them available FOR FREE.
If everyone that 'Likes' his page on Facebook donates a solitary quid, we could end up with £1500 to either buy our man something cool or - better still - present him with a fat cheque at the end of the year to say thanks for making us all look awesome.
