The British Military Fitness Danson Park members (Dirty Danson) are doing their first EVER obstacle course mud run in September. The event is called The Major and is ran by British Military Fitness and is an 8km course with around 30 obstacles to tackle.

Some of the members are entirely new to keeping fit and joining BMF has been a huge challenge for them which has changed their lives forever! So the 8km obstacle course is going to be their biggest challenge so far!

In honour of our first ever OCR, we have chosen to donate any sponsorship we raise to our local Air Cadet Squadron, 359 (Bexleyheath). We want to contribute to their equipment and any supplies because everything they do need as a squadron, they have to fundraise for all by themselves.

Therefore we are asking for donations in the form of "Donate your coffee for one day!" We all love a "posh" coffee/beverage and some of us go as far as probably purchasing one or more every single day! So we are asking you to support both the BMF Dirty Danson Team to complete the 8km Major obstacle course as well as the Bexleyheath Air Cadets.
