BNDS Athletes are taking on the challenge of rollerskiing in teams of 4 for a full 24 hours to raise funds for British Nordic

OUR STORY - British Nordic's purpose is to facilitate the long-term athlete development pathway from club athlete to national team level. We were formulated under our present structure in 2001 to ensure that there was an opportunity for young athletes to progress into the elite level of the sport. The British Nordic Development Squad (BNDS) consists of a variety of young athletes from all over the country, all of whom are at different levels in the pathway.

As a result of many years of hard work by athletes, volunteers and coaches, athletes have progressed up through the system and are now competing on the world stage. At the top end, athletes are racing at World Cup level and have represented Team GB at the Winter Olympic Games including recent historic results in Milan-Cortina
