I've raised £20000 to gether as Kennoway Community Shed would like Kennoway to look a lot brighter and cheerier at Christmas time with your help.

Help Kennoway Community Shed (Scottish Charity No. SCO47444) who have partnered up with Kennoway Community Council and Fife Council to help brighten up Kennoway with some beautiful Christmas lights. We need your help to raise £20,000 and help make Kennoway a festive place with lots of sparkle.
Kennoway Community Shed KY8 5HX (Scottish Charity No. SCO47444) was set up with two main purposes in mind. To get people active instead of them being isolated in their homes. Whether that was due to boredom, being retired, unemployed or disabled there will always be a cup of tea and a wee biscuit waiting at the Shed. We have lots of activities going on that you can get involved in woodwork, walking, needle crafts, bead making, card making, baking, building bee and insect houses. The other reason was to generally go outside and making Kennoway and surrounding area a "prettier" place with wooden planters we have made, decorated with plants and now we aim to improve the community's Christmas Lights etc.
If you know of anyone who you think would benefit from joining us please point them in our direction. We are on Facebook under "Kennoway Community Shed KY8 5HX."
Why not come up and get involved as well. Any Tuesday morning between 10am and 1pm. We look forward to seeing you there. Give us your thoughts and ideas. We love your feedback too.
Our present project is to make Kennoway a cheerier, brighter place this Christmas for all your family to enjoy for years to come.
Please dig deep and give generously to a very worthy cause. For all the people that take the time to donate.........thank you so, so much we really do appreciate it and take on board any ideas you give us. So thank you very much indeed. It is all going to improve our community .....for all for you, and your families for years to come.
Due to community funding and time restrictions with council meetings, the Christmas lights will be carried out in stages over the next few years.
