Story

Bobbi Elman has been an online and boots-on-the-ground advocate for Autistic people, neurodivergent people and queer people for over 17 years.

Their works spans protesting against state and organisational violence and ableism, advocating for policy change, and marching for queer and Disabled rights. She has done this through her own advocacy site but also within Aucademy and AIM for the Rainbow.

Bobbi is Audhd and has hEDS and a newer diagnosis of Thyroid Eye Disease, this means that Bobbi's eyesight and mobility have been getting worse over the last few years. This has made Bobbi stay at home much more often and miss out on work and social opportunities.

The picture above shows Bobbi in a mobility scooter she borrowed for Pride London - she just came alive whilst using it, she was able to join in for the whole day and leave there less tired than she has previously.

I want to make sure that Bobbi can feel this way as often as possible by raising money for her own mobility scooter. She has helped so many of us, this is our way of giving back.
