Belfast Lough Sailability

Based at Carrickfergus Marina, BLS is a non-profit organisation run entirely by a team of dedicated volunteers who assist in the co-ordination of activities as well as enabling people living with disabilities to get afloat. BLS have kindly volunteered to act as support/safety crew for the attempted swim across Belfast lough.

Dementia NI

Is a charity that aims to improve the quality of life for people with dementia. It offers advice and support to families in Northern Ireland who are living with dementia. Dementia is an overall term used to describe a wide range of symptoms associated with the deterioration of functions including memory, thinking, behaviour and the ability to perform everyday activities.
