    Story

Hiya this is Bobby he's 4 years old born on the 11/07/13 at 3 days old he got diagnosed with hirchsprungs disease and short fugut he's been through he'll and back 87 operations and 24 line infections he's got no immune system so easy picks up infections this is Bobbys last broviac line before tho vs start to get a lot worse we are currently in hospital and found out his bowel has grown so could possibley get a bierl transplant so I would like to raise the money to get him there at Birmingham children's hospital soon as possible..What is hirchsprungs disease? Hirschsprung’s disease, know as “HD” or congenital aganglionic megacolon, involves an aganglionic section of bowel... (the normal enteric nerves are absent) that starts at the anus and progresses proximally.
The length of bowel that is affected varies but seldom stretches for more than about 30 cm. It arises when certain nerve cells in the gut (called ganglion cells) fail to develop and mature correctly. The end result is a section of bowel that is essentially paralyzed...Children who have Hirschsprung disease are missing those nerves along part of the length of their colons. This prevents the colon from relaxing, which can cause a blockage of digested material and make it difficult to pass stool. Hirschsprung disease can affect the entire large intestine, which is called long-segment disease, or it can affect a shorter length of the colon closer to the rectum (short-segment disease). It's more common for nerve cells to stop developing closer to the rectum, since in the womb cells develop on a pathway that starts at the top of the large intestine and ends at the end, near the rectum. (So, with Hirschsprung disease, nerve cells just stop developing while on that pathway.)The past 4 years have been hell please help us get to our target and get the ball rolling to save Bobby! Any proof needed can be given it's not fake it's us living a life of hell and id appreciate as little as 1p!!! Im doing this to get Bobby to America to see a hirchsprungs disease specialist !! Thank you once again your all amazing!!
