For so many young people, prom is more than a night out — it’s the final childhood memory they carry with them as they step into adulthood. Yet hundreds of families across Salford simply cannot afford the rising cost of dresses, suits, shoes, hair, or accessories. Thanks to Body Mind Educate CIC’s Free Promwear Service, over a hundred young people have already been able to walk into their prom feeling confident, included, and proud. We provide private, dignified 1‑to‑1 appointments, emotional support, and a safe space where every young person is celebrated. But this service is in vital need of donations — from prom attire and accessories to the funds that keep our fittings, storage, transport, and outreach running. Your support ensures no young person misses their final celebration because of financial hardship. Together, we can protect these precious memories and make sure every young person gets the magical prom moment they deserve.
