I've raised £5000 to Help Our Family Get Back on Our Feet and Pay for the Publishing of Neale's Book

Hello,
My name is Jeri-Lee. I am a mother to three beautiful girls. 4 weeks ago, I lost my husband, Neale, to Liver Cancer. Neale was a loving, devoted and compassionate father. He was also a very gifted acupuncturist and healer. He dedicated most of his life to helping others get well.
Inside it feels like my heart has broken into a thousand pieces. Each morning since his death, I have quietly been attempting to pick up the broken pieces, bit by bit, so that I can begin to feel human again; instead of a lifeless robot on autopilot.
My middle daughter turns 7 next week, and her wish is to have magic - so that she can make dad "awake" again.
No magic or wish will bring Neale back to life, this much I know. But it doesn't mean I can't bring some magic back slowly, by healing this massive wound of loss and making sure Neale's legacy is remembered.
Last year, I co-facilitated a group of people through a life-changing story-telling process. Neale was part of this group, and together with his brother Paul, we embarked on a deep journey of self-discovery for 12 weeks.
We shared aspects of ourselves we had never shared with others before. It was a sacred space full of love and also of shedding tears - letting go of a past that no longer served us.
I have to revisit this inner work we did together to make sense of the sudden decline in Neale's health and him passing away the way that he did. I am sure that many people who know and loved Neale would appreciate the opportunity to hear his inner voice unedited. Reading his story will allow us to continue to remember Neale during this time of transition; to keep connecting with him on an intimate level.
I am slowly putting our life back together after Neale's death. With this comes the inevitable responsibility of becoming the main income earner. Publishing his book is the first step towards achieving financial independence.
I have found a UK based self publishing company and they have agreed to work with me to get the book printed by mid-July 2019. I would appreciate your help in raising funds, firstly to print around 300 copies of the book, and secondly, to help my family get back on our feet.
With love and gratitude,
Jeri-Lee Svenson
