Hi my name is Sinead McGowan, I am a Psychiatric nurse working in the Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust and I am also currently an independent consultant for Usborne Children's books.

The nation has stepped up together to help the NHS and others in need over the past few months. As a psychiatric nurse I always champion and advocate on behalf of the patient groups I serve. So today I am asking for donations towards me being able to fund free books and activities for the children and young persons wards within the CNTW NHS Foundation trust.
