Hi everyone,
friends and family.

As you might know already Christmas is coming... my favourite time of year. Not for my gifts but for the joys of watching my kids opening their so wanted gifts which took me an eternity to find and were sooo hard to hide in the house.

When their little faces light up, thats the best feeling in the whole world. However gifts arent the most important thing in life. Health is. I am very lucky to have 3 very healthy children, and i pray everyday this may cary on till the end of time.

Unfortunately this isnt the case for all.
Some children have been given little time left, some children fight a battle everyday to wake up the next. These children wont enjoy christmas the way they should. They will spend it in hospital. They wont have the warm feeling of a home Christmas. And as much as I cant give them that every year i try give a little.
This year the opportunity and maybe having more time at home to think about what I could do to help by having a nice conversation with my oldest. We thought why not give these children some books. Bring them some Christmas joy in the form of a story... Give them some nice new books to have in their library so they can read when feeling down. Books of joy and happy times.

So I hope if you are still reading this, that you will follow me in this and hopefully raise the £600 target i set myself. If all of my facebook friends give as little as a pound I would be over half way there already. If a few of your friends would too, we could be there in no time at all.

Its a hard time for us all. Trust me. But im hoping that at least a pound you will be able to contribute. As a famous supermarket says :
"Every little helps"

So contrubite if you can, as much as you can and want, and please share. Even if you cant contribute please share.
