With World Book Day approaching, Luna and I would love to raise funds to purchase books for the children of the Kingsbridge Foodbank. Luna loves to read and wants to share this love of reading far and wide.

We are hoping to raise as much money as possible from the local community to be able to buy a lovely bundle of books including a variety of high quality fiction and non fiction books to hand over to the Kingsbridge Foodbank to distribute among their clients. Whatever funds we raise from the community, we will be topping up by 20% ourselves, so please do donate whatever you can. Book prices start at £3.99, so no amount is too small.

2 years ago during lockdown, Luna did a sponsored read and raised enough to get over £800 of books for the Foodbank and together we would like to beat this amount for 2022. This is how we got involved with Usborne Books initially, as they helped us set up the sponsored read, and how we built a relationship with another Usborne seller, to become one myself to be able to directly help the community where I can.
