Boost the Bishops Budget

After a challenging 2021/22 season, we have now been allowed to draw a line under this very disappointing period of the clubs history.

Sadly our club on the footballing side has shown a steady decline over the last few years.

We now look forward to the future and I expect and demand our fortunes to change, starting with creating a winning mentality that transfers from the playing group into the terraces.

The rebuilding of the playing squad not only has the moment in mind but also seasons to come. We have to be shrewd with our recruitment to enable us to build, short term solutions don’t allow the building blocks that we need to take our club forward.

I’d like to take this opportunity to promote and launch a boost the budget scheme, this will help with everything recruitment and commitment wise with the building of the new squad, which I must say has already secured the services for the next two seasons of Nick, Wayne and Dale along with new signings Craig Gott and James Risbrough. We still have a way to go before I can say I’m happy with the squad and any type of additional financial support will go a long way to helping add to what I believe is an excellent start point with the guys that have already committed to our club.

Not only is this appeal to try and help develop the playing squad from a commercial point of view, but there are many others ways that support boost the budget, which include player sponsorship, monthly numbers draw, getting along to support the lads and even volunteering your time around the club, every contribution counts big or small.
