All the lads here at Bo's Boxing are taking part in a 1 hour punch
bag challenge!
This means no breaks... Just constant going at a punch bag for an hour!
For those of you who have took part or witnessed, it is not for the faint hearted and is a lot harder than it may sound, but we are confident everyone can do it (even Sean and he's getting on now)!

The purpose of this challenge is to raise money for the gym and new equipment, which many of you will know receives no funding and relies on subs alone to pay the rent.

Most of the lads have sponsorship forms however we have made a last minute just giving page for those of you who prefer to donate electronically.

The challenge will go ahead Thursday 16/08/2018 at 6pm, feel free to come along and support!
