(BOUNCE)) For Sophie 💖💖💖
On Saturday 17th November we are hosting a charity ((BOUNCE))athon which will consist of 4 ((BOUNCE)) classes back-to-back for Sophie who has a condition called Megalencephaly-capillary malformation syndrome, to help raise money for Honeylands Specialist Children's Centre; a local charity who help support Sophie.
Sophie is an amazing 1 year and 10 month old little girl who suffers from a condition called Megalencephaly-capillary malformation syndrome which is an overgrowth syndrome of the brain, body parts and organs, with her brain being affected the most. She had a shunt fitted at only 5 months old. She is in and out of hospital with chest problems and has 2 weekly check-ups in Exeter or Bristol to make sure no other serious illnesses/infections occur. Her condition means she is unable to crawl, walk, talk or eat properly. It is a difficult reality for Sophie and her family with full time care being needed at all times.
Honeylands is the wonderful, local charity who help support Sophie and her family and provide her with all the equipment she needs, such as special chairs and standing aids. They have a loving, supportive team who are always friendly and understanding, and without this charity Sophie and her family would not have all the things they need to help her with this life threatening condition.
We are asking you to partake in two of the four ((BOUNCE)) classes and get sponsors to raise money for this amazing charity and little girl. We are holding the first two classes from 9.30 - 10.30 & 11 - 12, then the following two from 12.30 - 1.30 & 2 - 3. There are 19 spaces for each class so please let us know to put your name down.
Please take part to help raise money for Sophie and Honeylands with us! Thank you 💕
