Our chosen charities this year are The Sheffield 1000 and The Farming Community Network.

The Sheffield 1000 charity supports local charities, groups & organisations at the heart of our communities. They support those that don’t have big marketing teams where £1000 would make a huge impact.

The Farming Community Network (FCN) is a voluntary organisation and charity that supports farmers, farming families and people in rural communities through difficult times and periods of change. “We run a confidential, national helpline and e-helpline which is open every day of the year from 7am to 11pm and our volunteers provide free, confidential support to anyone who seeks help. Over 10,000 people a year benefit from FCN’s support and we can help with a variety of issues.” This is especially needed in the farming community at the current time.
