Sickle cell trait is a condition that derives from a condition called sickle cell anaemia, now doctors will tell carriers of the trait that we will live relatively or typically normal lives but that is a not the truth and very much incorrect the science of the matter is, that even tho we dont have the actual attacks on the body, that can initially cost you your life, we still suffer from the effects of the trait! I would like to bring it to the attention of who this may concern for them to realise we suffer from a lack of oxygen in the body which then becomes a disability and as wrong as this may come across to people it will not be classed as that because it only effects people of African descent which will not be funded by the government for whatever reasons. So I am setting this account up to help aid suffers of sickle cell trait.
