I've raised £1500 to Help fund a lasting memorial for my nephews family now he has sadly passed away so soon with stage 4 melanoma.

This is my 29 year old nephew, only child of my sister. He lived a normal life up until May of this year. He recently got married to his longtime girlfriend and mother of his 7 year old daughter after finding out he had stage 4 cancer with no real options for treatment so was advised to do this before he had his brain tumour removed. He was only given months from his diagnosis but didnt make it that long and died last week leaving behind his mum, wife and daughter. We were asking for funds to make memories for him with his family before he passed, but since he left us so soon and we only got a few, we are now looking to make a forever memorial for him down the beach where he used to go fishing such as a bench with a plaque along with some other more personal ideas for those he left behind.
Background story: when it all started he found a growth on the back of his neck. He was told not to worry about it, that it would drop off, which it did but was replaced by a much larger one. After several visits to the doctors and referrals he was operated on. The scar almost goes from one ear to the other, a skin graft was taken from his stomach to help the healing process. Soon after all this happened he started getting severe headaches, lots of tests and scans culminated in him finding out he had a brain tumour, nodules on his lungs and a lump on either side of his abdomin. He tried to keep positive but had been in and out of hospital, suffered with severe jaundice, been on respirator machines etc. His one wish was to marry his then girlfriend which we all sorted but now it's all about making memories.
Thank you to everyone taking the time to read this and especially if you donate. I know it's not the best blurb but it's hard to know what to write.
