Story

On the 14th September I’ll be setting off on the biggest running challenge I’ve ever undertaken - John O’Groats in Scotland to Lands End in Cornwall. The total distance of the challenge is 840 miles and I will be running C.50 miles per day across 16 days (daily running duration 12 - 15 hours)

I’m guessing that you won’t be able to join me on this challenge (you are very welcome!) but I’d really love you to support me if you can.

In the past 21 years, over 21,000 people with epilepsy have died suddenly and died too young. SUDEP Action’s Prevent21 campaign shines a light on this shocking disaster. With a significant change of attitude, culture, and action towards epilepsy - many lives CAN be saved. Knowledge saves lives.

Heart and circulatory diseases are the world’s biggest killers. That’s why the British Heart Foundation exists. By funding research, we can help find treatments and cures that could save lives. With your donations and the awe-inspiring science we fund, we make science fiction a reality, together.

I will be raising money in memory of a friend Tom Sibree and my uncle John Abbott!

Thank you in anticipation
