I live in the city of Hull and cannot explain why we have billions to spend on overseas development when we have so many homeless not just in Hull but throughout the UK. These people are there for different reasons and it is up to us to try to help them get back into a reasonable position in society as the government is obviously not worried and sees these people as a nuisance and a problem but do nothing to help resolve it.
