I'm raising £5000 to Custom Made Paracord Bracelets Alloa The smallest act of kindness is worth more than the grandest intention

Hello and welcome.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.
My Personal story
My name is Brian. I am a Scottish army veteran who suffers from PTSD anxiety, depression, and nervous debility
In 2016, I completed A 6 weeks ( ITP ) Intensive treatment program at combat stress, in Ayr, Scotland which is designed for veterans suffering from mental health problems. While in the army I attempted suicide and took an overdose selfharm and alcohol abuse - due to the unknowing and the lack of knowledge of my mental health issues and how I could cope with these inner problems. Suffering from PTSD can be difficult at times. It takes a special kind of person to understand how to handle someone who tends to fall into "a dark place" and re-lives traumatic experiences.
Lucky for me, I found that person almost 14 years ago and am so grateful to have her at my side when I need her the most. Thank you for loving me and never feeling that I'm just too broken!
My aim
Is to deal with the daily stulruggles that I face and use the tools that I have taken away from my Recovery Program at combat stress. I deal with my mental health issues - by making paracord bracelets as a way to distract my mental health and zone out.
Donations are made from the sales of my support bracelets online to a wide range of charites these include -
CHAS
POPPY SCOTLAND
COMBAT STRESS
DOWNSYNDROME SCOTLAND
SCOTTYS LITTLE SOLDIERS
CANCER UK
RBLS
all charitys have granted me permissions and have me on record.
With your help and donations, this helps me build up supplies and expand my paracord bracelet hobbie in return donations are made putting funding back into the system. Not only will this help me this will help a lot of other charites people and veterans in the same position as myself.
Below are a few pictures of myself - and my paracord bracelets art and paintings.
