Our brilliant and inspiring friend Sarah Brigham has a very rare form of inoperable cancer that can only be treated in Germany - unfortunately she cannot get it here. The treatment will cost her £60,000.

She is 42.

Sarah Brigham, who Caroline works with, is an incredibly talented theatre director who, over the last 20 years has been changing lives for the better, through her art and, when we raise this money, will continue to do so for many years to come. Obviously...I’M ORGANISING A BIKE RIDE.. It’s gonna be challenging…we will ride through the glorious Derbyshire hills on the 28th July 2018 , in the hope that we raise as much money as possible to go toward her treatment.

Many of you know, that I have been raising money for charities with my bike for a number of years. Those lucky ‘many of you’ will have been pestered by me in the past to dig into your pockets to help those less fortunate than us.

So yes…apologies…I’m doing it again!! But this time what I’m asking this year is different. This time we know, if this money is raised, exactly where it is going and exactly what it is intended to achieve. It will save and prolong the life of a woman who has shaped and changed soo many lives for the better.
