I've raised £20000 to provide meals for NHS staff working on ICU and front line covid wards across Brighton

In the last 48 hours we've received dozens of requests for 100s of meals a day to help boost morale and feed our NHS staff working on front line Covid wards.
The process of scrubbing down, changing, eating and scrubbing back in often means that ICU nurses are missing meals while working incredibly long days. Preparing meals to bring with them is the last thing they want to do after a 14 hour shift. That's where we come in...
During the last lockdown not only did we produce over 100,000 meals for the homeless on behalf of the councils 'all in' scheme, we also produced over 10,000 food bank meals and 15,000 meals for front line NHS workers.
The pizza ovens and pans are ready, chefs are available to cook for our NHS. While they are taking care of our community, help us take care of them. £2 will buy a nurse a pizza or a curry
You can keep track of how much we've raised here and we'll be publishing full details of deliveries and photos across on The Ethicurean Guild on social media.
We'll use these funds to purchase ingredients, packaging and costs involved with producing the pizza, funds will not be used to cover staff time etc
Any funds left over once lockdown ends will be donated to a combination of various blue light charities and food poverty projects around the city.
