2020 has a been an awful year for us all. For BSS it has been a real challenge for the school to survive and to keep our fantastic studio.

In the currant situation we now have to look at other ways of funding the school to provide our activities in a safe environment. This includes smaller groups , more 1 to 1 tuition and lots more songwriting and recording. Because of the acoustics and use of the centre where our studio is based, we need to build a sound proof booth to be able to use the studio at all times. The School has not been able to operate since March so does not have the money to fund this, so we are asking the public to help us and support this much loved project.

The sound booth will be used by the school and also local musicians and bands to record their demo's seven days a week. We would be very happy if a business would like to help and advertise their company in the sound booth as there will be a lot of people using it.

A sound booth to buy would cost between £3000 and £10000 but a kind builder has offered to build us one for £500. So please help us to survive and to provide a safe and quality environment for all the singers, musicians and young people we work with.
