Story

We are raising money to help bring home a mother and her two daughters to the UK and to provide them with a little money until they are in a position to support themselves.

The mother and her eldest daughter moved to the USA a number of years ago after an acrimonious marriage breakdown - whilst in America a second daughter was born, unfortunately the girls and their mother became subject to violent abuse carried out by the babies father. They managed to escape and have been fleeing ever since. The youngest child has not been able to go to school for fear that he may turn up and it is for this reason that no names are used in this story.

Here is a statement from the older daughter:

‘I try to be brave but I can't do it anymore . My sisters dad, the night he beat up mum she was 1 months pregnant with the baby , but he punched mum in the stomach and burst an undetected cyst on her transplanted kidney , by doing that it set poison throughout mums body . mum is back on dialysis It caused the kidney to fail.’

The family were due to return to the safety of the UK, arranged by the Consulate, but due to government cuts this can no longer happen. Please help us bring them home where they can live a normal life with the support that they need from their friends and family.
