I've raised £300 to provide five families in Yemen with safe and clean drinking water for one month.
Organised by Eva Khatun
Yemen has been subject to conflict since late 2014, with famillies losing members and communities losing entire remunerations. Industry has collapsed and food and water is now in short supply. Over half of Yemen’s current population have no access to clean drinking water. 90% of water resources go towards agricultural produce and harvesting herbal stimulants. In 2013, it was estimated that by 2023, the country’s capital, Sanaa, could run dry.
Please donate as much as you can for a worthy cause. Even £1 could help meet the target. This is my first independent fundraiser and I would really appreciate it if you could share this page with friends and family.
