I've raised £450 to to support Beat, the UK's Eating Disorder Charity!

As many of you know, I have had an eating disorder for almost 3 years now and I probably wouldn't be standing here today if I hadn't received the specialist treatment I so desperately needed when I was at my worst.
Eating disorders can and do affect anybody and everybody in some way, shape or form, and it is believed that in the UK alone, 1.25 million people have an eating disorder of some kind. They do not discriminate based on age, gender, skin tone, wealth, religion, sexuality or circumstance and they certainly do not only affect thin people. Eating disorders are incredibly serious, complex and often life-threatening psychological illnesses, and anyone who is struggling, no matter how much they weigh, how "healthy" they may look, or how "well" they may appear to be functioning deserves to know that their struggle is valid and deserves access to specialist help. (If you would like to learn more about Eating Disorders, please head over to the wonderfully informative Beat website.)
So to raise money for Beat, the UK's main Eating Disorder charity, I will be participating in 'The Big Jump' and skydiving with hundreds of other Beat supporters around the country on the 6th of October! So far I've managed to overcome many of my various food fears so why not overcome another fear and jump out of a plane for a very good cause too?!
So if you would like to support my fundraising campaign, pretty please hit the Donate button! We're aiming to raise a minimum of £450 but any contribution you can make, however small, will be very much appreciated.
Much love! xxx
