Please remember Dylan's family are going through this tough time and we have to pay our respects to Dylan's Mother Liz jones His brother Kieran brassington and sister Louise jones we can all only imagine what you are going through and would like to help in any way possible.
Dylan holds a big place in many people's hearts and has left alot of memories behind that we can all hold on to and cherish. Dylan will always be remembered. Rest in peace Dylan xox
