Story
Brookland Jr. School – Parents Association
As you might have heard, government funding cuts are impacting schools. While Brooklands is doing its best to protect the provision of education, volunteer parents organise events and activities to raise money for extra expenses. This year, the Jr. School toilets are in dire need of renovation. Thanks to the support of parents, we have already raised approximately 70% of the amount for the first set of toilets. But we still need approximately £7,000 to start work this summer, so we are reaching to our wonderful community to raise the remaining money and be able to commit to suppliers before quotes expire in May. Any donation is welcome.
Your donations would help us buy:
• £20: a toilet paper dispenser;
• £100: 1m2 of tiling
• £170: a hand drier
• £500: a cubicle separation
Thank you so much for your continued support to our events and initiatives!
