My name is Brooklyn-Ellis Carr or just Brooklyn for short. I’m a 15 year old Transgender boy. I have struggled with Gender dysphoria for 3 years and nothing ever seems to help. My dream is to achieve top surgery in the future but for now I am looking to do anything I can. Many of you may know that to start my transition with the NHS I have to be 18 years old and there is up to a 4 year waiting list. However, there is a gender gp service I can begin to transition privately with at this age but unfortunately it is extremely expensive. Even though I earn money through work it’s very difficult to save enough. This is why I am asking for your help. I would never usually ask for things, especially money although I feel that now it is necessary so I can begin to live as my true self.
