Hello , my name is Brooklyn Jamison and I am a lower sixth pupil of Belfast Royal Academy. For many years I have dreamt of being part of the Malawi team and this year the dream finally came true and I am getting to make a change. After a very tough application process, an amazing team of 35 pupils was chosen to go on the 2016/2017 trip to Malawi! Our team is split into groups such as Medicine, Dentistry, Business and Teaching and I have chosen to be part of the teaching team!! This means I will go to different local schools in Malawi and teach children of all ages subjects such as Math and English. Our team also builds a house for a local family in Malawi. Each pupil has to fundraise a total of £1650 and I have set up this page to help me with my fundraising to go to Malawi, which has to be completed in three sections! The first section is £600 that has to be raised by the 30th November 2016 , the second section is £550 which has to be raised by the 1st February 2017 and the final and third section is £500 which has to be raised my 5th April 2017. Malawi is something that is very important to me and is something I am really passionate about! Every donation be it big or small means so much to me and will be appreciated so much.
