Can you beleive we're talking about Christmas already! The Christmas Lighting that can be seen in Broughty Ferry every year is purchased by the Broughty Ferry Traders Association, which for those who don't know, is a not-for-profit organisation made up of local businesses who support each other and the community to better the offering for residents and visitors. Events such as the Gala Week, Broughty Ferry lights night, Festive Sunday shopping, and more, including donations to charity, local marketing, and a visitor website are among only a few things that 'The Traders' organise. We all know that 2020 has been a strange and trying time for most, however the Broughty Ferry Traders would really like to brighten-up the situation with purchasing some new Festive Street lighting which the community and visitors of Broughty Ferry can enjoy when doing their Christmas shopping in our wonderful local businesses. We would really love if the community could get involved and help donate towards the display, which we hope to have up for this Christmas, then the Broughty Ferry Traders would be enormously grateful.
