Well she kinda met me by accident, helping out a friend whilst he was working, but I have gradually been looking after her more and more. Sods law that she damaged her leg whilst I decided to be a poor student again at 42 years old.

She had an old leg break injury that the vet told me hadn't healed straight, so she needs an operation to be able to fully use her leg again. She holds her leg up and walks on three at the moment. The operation has a 60/40 pro chance of being successful so I want to give her that chance. The operation will cost £1600, and hopefully Friends Of The Animals will fund a couple of hundred squid, but I have to find the rest. I can pay the rest in instalments but only over 3 months.

She has helped me with my mental health and addiction problems, and makes a miserable old git like me laugh every day. I appreciate any help.

I would be lost without her company, and she has basically saved my life
