Story
The Christina Noble Children’s Foundation helps children in Mongolia.
Why ?
The winter in Mongolia is one of the harshest imaginable making Ulaanbaatar the coldest capital city in the world. Temperatures regularly remain at –30C for weeks on end, and even –40C is not regarded as unusual. Therefore a families income is spent on essentials for survival, shelter usually in a Ger coal, wood, warm clothes, boots and food. Some families struggle to do this, so when there is a problem in the family life becomes about choices.
What we do
The money that I raise will go to a group in Barton who support CNCF and visit the children that are sponsored every 2 years. They buy vitamins, help with medical expenses, buy Gers for destitute families, help with education and buy fuel for the winter. These are just a few things that they do, there are many more. Every penny raised goes directly to the children none for admin, salaries or travel.
