I've raised £2000 to help healthcare staff, patients and care workers who have been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic

We have identified a number of causes/ departments and individuals at our local hospital - Ysbyty Glan Clwyd and also care homes in the community who have been directly or indirectly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
We would like to raise funds to distribute to these people in need by purchasing equipment, PPE, uniform and any other items that are needed urgently to help ease the burden of the coronavirus.
As a street, we will be joining together (from a distance) to do a marathon (26 miles) split between households on our street. A range of ages will be participating from age 2 to 82 and we will all be doing our part to raise as much money as we can for our local hospital and causes in the community. But it’s not just any normal marathon.. oh no! We will be Irish dancing, running whilst playing the ukulele or wearing a giant dinosaur costume to do our miles.
Whilst adhering to the Government guidelines and abiding by social distancing rules we will be using our once daily exercise to complete the marathon.
Video footage of our efforts will be available once we have completed the marathon! Your donation is greatly appreciated and we thank you so much for your support.
