🌊 BSTC Cross the Lough Charity Swim

On 26th July, Brown Shoes Triathlon Club are swimming 3.5 miles across Belfast Lough — from Greys Point to Carrickfergus Castle — to raise money for two amazing charities.

🚁 Air Ambulance Northern Ireland https://airambulanceni.org/

The Air Ambulance NI provides a vital, life-saving service across Northern Ireland. Working alongside the HEMS team, they bring critical care directly to people when every second counts.

As the official charity of Brown Shoes Triathlon Club (https://brownshoestriathlonclub.co.uk/), this cause is close to our hearts — helping to fund emergency response services that save lives every single day.

⛵ Belfast Lough Sailability https://www.belfastloughsailability.com/

Belfast Lough Sailability gives people of all abilities the chance to experience the joy and freedom of sailing.

They are also supporting our swim by providing safety boats on the day — helping to keep our swimmers safe as we cross the lough.
