The Story

The idea of Buddha Bellies was created in winter of 2017 somewhere in between Primrose Hill and Regent's Park. Since then, I've been experimenting with colours, ingredients, shapes, textures and flavours to create the healthiest most beautiful cake in the world...and I believe I have!

My dream is to keep the cakes in the UK because this is their birth place and...London has become my home!... but it's a bit complicated since I am Canadian... and haven't found anyone I'd like to marry...yet. What are Buddha Bellies?

Vegan, keto, low-FODMAP, low-carb, raw, gluten-free, dairy-free cakes! Yeah, a mouthful...and also a mouthful of goodness where each ingredient has stunning beauty benefits that help you from the inside out! I don't use any sugar alcohols, stevia or inulin, but use the natural sweetness of nuts, spices and pure maple syrup. Each cake has anywhere from 2g to 4.5g of net carbs...using the most quality, organic ingredients possible... and I have some cookies coming on the way!

Money is good, but I also need the following:

1. A big, clean kitchen to work out of on Friday nights from 7 PM to 12 PM, in central London. I won't need a stove, since the cakes are raw, but a good blender, lots of counter space and an area to store the cakes and a big fridge would be helpful.

2. An industrial sized blender.

3. A logo designer. Vectoring, brand building...

4. A photographer.

5. Someone who can optimise websites.

6. Help on setting up stalls and possibly making cakes.

7. Help practising my sales pitch.
