I've raised £4000 to World Youth International

I am delighted to have been chosen, along with 29 colleagues from across Computershare UCIA, to trek through Nepal for the charity World Youth International ("WYI"). We are raising funds to enable WYI to extend their school in Gokrana Nepal to cater for a further 50 students to have adequate living space on the school campus.
WYI will host Computershare employees on a 12 day Ghorepani Poon Hill trek in the Annapurna region of Nepal, walking around 5-8 hours a day!
As a mother of two young children I was drawn to apply for the challenge, as it highlighted to me how fortunate my children are with the opportunities they are privileged to receive living in Jersey. The children in Nepal do not have the same opportunities and even to attend school is a struggle due to adverse weather conditions in the region.
Computershare have kindly agreed to cover the travel costs for the trekkers, therefore, every pound I raise for this worthwhile cause will go direct to WYI.
I should be very grateful for any contributions to help me achieve my personal target of £4,000. I will also be organising a number of fun filled events to help reach the target.
Thanks All :)
