Our dearest pal, Nick Kendall, came off his motorbike last week and fractured his pelvis in several places. He is laid up in hospital just now, and recovery time is expected to be a minimum of 3 months.

Nick, or 'Bushcraft Nick' as some of us know him, is partner to Susi Riley and father to Winter (8) and Alfie (5). Nick usually spends his life on his feet as part of the founding team of the incredible local organisation, Elemental Adventures CIC (www.elementaladventures.org), which is a not-for-profit social enterprise offering outdoor activities for health & wellbeing in nature. When Nick's not teaching bushcraft skills, he is managing their woodland, as well as maintaining the gardens of their many longstanding local customers.

This fundraiser aims to raise enough funds to at the very least match Nick's earnings for the next 3 months. Let's aim high and support this pillar of the community and take one of the stresses away from this family for the time being, enabling Nick to take as long as he needs to be back quietly striding through the woods, like a very large deer.
